Avaya is adding a host of multichannel unified communications and contact center cloud solutions for midmarket businesses to its portfolio, the company announced on Monday.
The aptly named line ofAvaya Midmarket Cloud solutions are available in two deployment options, including the Partner Powered by Avaya Office solution and the OnAvaya – Google Cloud Platform.
