Hard to believe that it has been only ten years since the federal government seriously tried to look at adopting cloud with it’s “Cloud First” initiative. In the mean time we have watched a radical restructuring of the computer industry with traditional federal suppliers IBM, HP, Oracle and many others flaming out.
