As we move into 2016, it has become apparent that cloud is at a tipping point. According to a recent CIO article,(1) in a study of 930 IT professionals, 88% are using public cloud technology and 63% are using private cloud. A whopping 82% have a hybrid cloud strategy, which is up from 74% in 2014, evidence that this is a phenomenon that is here to stay.
It is no longer a question of when a company will move to the cloud, but how. How does a business reconcile existing IT infrastructure and applications into a cloud model without sacrificing security, reliability and speed? How do businesses increase revenue while maintaining a seamless customer experience?
