NCLH is reaping the rewards of its ongoing digital transformation.
The company handled record volumes without any known performance or availability issues during its largest traffic event in November 2023, Mortakis said in the announcement.
During the cruise company’s investor presentation last month, executives highlighted that technology investments and leveraging “low-cost” AI were among its main initiatives. NCLH has been on a journey from fragmented data and manual interventions to automated best practices, the company said.
